In GSK Professional Services, we specialize in pre-press products.
We sell, service and support pre-press products for Offset printing, Screen printing and Flexo printing.
EastCOM manufactures state of the art CTP and CTCP products for Offset printing. Their thermal and UV CTPs range from DX 1700 for 52” x 64” printing presses to DX 830 for smaller presses. EastCOM is very heavily built for stability and also uses international standard components. For example, the Laser Diodes are from Nichia.
Our Services
WARRANTY SERVICES
The products we supply carries one year to three years manufacturers warranty. We support all our clients free of cost for the first year including spare parts and service, except consumables. EastCOM offers three year warranty for the electronics and Laser diodes.
AMC SERVICES
We take AMCs for out of warranty equipment. Apart from the listed equipment we also take AMCs for DaiNippon Screen and Agfa CTP equipment. We offer Comprehensive AMC, which includes the spare parts and also Non-Comprehensive AMC, which covers only labour.
On-Call Services
For some equipment, customer may need support on call basis. We also provide on-call services on per day charge basis.
Remote Support
We provide 24 hours telephone support and support on Team viewer or Any Desk depends on the customers requirement.
