The products we supply carries one year to three years manufacturers warranty. We support all our clients free of cost for the first year including spare parts and service, except consumables. EastCOM offers three year warranty for the electronics and Laser diodes.

We take AMCs for out of warranty equipment. Apart from the listed equipment we also take AMCs for DaiNippon Screen and Agfa CTP equipment. We offer Comprehensive AMC, which includes the spare parts and also Non-Comprehensive AMC, which covers only labour.

For some equipment, customer may need support on call basis. We also provide on-call services on per day charge basis.

We provide 24 hours telephone support and support on Team viewer or Any Desk depends on the customers requirements.

For some equipment, customer may need support on damaged spares for the machine. We also provide services on required spares for the machines.
